WELCOME TO "OUR ESKIES" /aka ROY LEE'S ESKIES {THIS SITE IS DEDICATED TO THE MEMORY OF MY HUSBAND ROY WHO IS SADLY MISSED.

I have a lot of updating to do and many things to tell as I am very excited to finish my web-site. I and my granddaughter JoAnn live in Central Virginia with "our family" of beautiful wonderful dogs. We have the Champion Miniature American Eskimo mother & father onsite. I have invited JoAnn's dogs to join me here and believe me there never is a dull moment. We have a very full energy and exciting Lemon-Drop Beagle, a Beautiful Small Little Chug and last but definitely not least is our
Amazing and Wonderful American Mastiff who is our guard dog.

The dogs get along so well with each other. So when I mention "Our Eskies" it includes all of our dogs. Our Eskies are our life and they never seize to amaze us. They have wonderful Champion and Grand Champion bloodline. As a dedicated breeder,  we provide loving human interaction and complete socialization from the moment our little babies are born until they are safely in their new home. With our new addition Diamond, she is never out of my site. She made that choice herself immediately upon her arrival to our home but I would not personally have it any other way. My boys are the same way and one or two of them are always laying either in my lap or at my feet or they are with JoAnn begging for a walk.

Actually, anyone who has an Eskie knows they never venture far from you anyway. They are where you are at all times. Always laying at your feet or up on the couch with you, they go outside with you. When our mom is pregnant she is treated like a queen. We wouldn't have it any other way. But of course having JoAnn around Diamond is always beggingfor a belly rub.

   Our puppies are family raised right in our home with us, their mom and dad as well as their
brother and all of our newest additions. We would never start any breeding program until both our
females and males  are physically and mentally mature. We need to protect and enhance this wonderful
breed by improving our educational level and being very informative about the American Eskimo dog.
Before we decide upon a breeding program mom and dad must see their vet. They both like their vet,   Mom & dad have known her since they were very little babies themselves. After she confirms their health to be excellent, she tells us we may begin the breeding program.
We feel the only possible reason  to breed a female and male is if both of them has the characteristic that
will contribute to the improvement of the American Eskimo breed.
We only want to better the breed with each and every new puppy. Our responsibilities are to our eskies
first and foremost. We love every single puppy that life has been given to,
that little life is so very precious, it is the gift of "love and life".
We consider the new  owners our extended family. We love nothing better than to get a letter from the little puppy/(new owners writing it) and pictures. I keep updates on each puppy when they go to their new home. It is my responsibility. If I am going to be a responsible breeder, then that comes with the territory. I take my Code of Ethics very serios. I often look at their pictures and I share them with the new owners. They are our loving and adorable family and give us unconditional love right from the beginning, therefore we return that unconditional love to each of them. We will shelter them, give them every possible essential and vital necessity for their life and love them forever.  They may not be able to actually speak  but believe me they come mighty close to putting their feelings into words
and let  us know what they want in their own way.

We will help and assist the potential customer regarding the basic characteristics, both physical and mental of our breed to help them determine the right puppy for their family. We wish everyone the very best in finding that special American Eskimo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
